It's Not A Dance Class!
Here's what to expect:
No experience necessary. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel the burn and experience the benefits, regardless of your fitness level.
It might take a few classes to get the hang of it, so we recommend taking 3 classes close together to experience the benefits of barre.
Last call is 5 minutes before the start of the class. Reserve a spot online in advance to guarantee yourself a spot on the guest list. You can cancel up to 2 hours before the start of your class without incurring a cancellation charge.

When you start out with barre, we recommend taking at least 3 classes in short succession so that you can experience the full potential of this amazing workout!
